The Barangay Council of Bry Blanco, Balingasag, Misamis Oriental will be holding the first ever MR. BALINGASAG 2009 Bodybuilding Contest. The town of Balingasag is the hometown of Governor Oscar Moreno and he's one of the major sponsors of this event. This contest will be on December 7, 2009 (Monday), which is a pre-fiesta event. It's an OPEN Contest so all bodybuilders are welcome to join and participate.

Registration Fee per bodybuilder participant: P500.00
